happenings...

This week we went to Ikea, because we're still trying to furnish my boyfriends house. We got some shelves, a bed, and an as-is dresser that was the display model (which was already on sale.. so it was like $80 off. Score!) I have learned that my boyfriend actually doesn't mind going thrifting. So we've been doin that whenever I can convince him to. 

I've also been sketching out and thinking about one of the ideas that has been lodged in my brain for a long time... and I mean loooong time. I don't know if anything will come of it, but it's nice to be productive.

That's the newspaper from Design*Sponge that I mentioned in my last ten things. It is so very very inspiring... I've been keeping it in my bag, and whenever I get a look at it I get so motivated.

 And at night I sit on my boyfriend's new awesome couch, listening to an old records, which is my current favorite way to pass time. :)
